    → Payment confirmed within up to 2 business days.

  • PIX (Instant Payment)
    → Confirmation within 1 hour after receipt is uploaded.

  • Digital Wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mercado Pago, PayPal)
    → Fast, encrypted, and secure.


2. Payment Confirmation

Your order is only processed after payment confirmation.

  • Credit Cards: Verification may take up to 24 hours.

  • PIX / Boleto / Digital Wallets: Processing time as per the timelines listed above.

  • Delivery countdown starts only after payment approval.


3. Delivery Times & Shipping Options

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 5 business days, available for selected regions.

  • Free Shipping: For orders above the current promotional threshold (check ongoing offers).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.

Track your order:

  • Directly on our website

  • Or through the courier’s tracking platform


5. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to the address you provided.

If no one is available to receive the package, the item will be returned to our distribution center.
➡️ In this case, a new shipping fee will be charged for resending.


6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, we’ll contact you for an address update.
➡️ Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
