The average delivery time is 2 to 8 days after the goods are dispatched, and may take up to 7 business days to be dispatched. This period is used for separating the product in stock, packaging, delivery to the airline, shipping and entering the code into the system.

Credit Card (payment in up to 12 installments on Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards) and Bank Slip in cash.

Payment approval varies depending on the method chosen. We offer three viable payment options:

✅ Bank slip: may take up to 3 business days for bank clearance. Payments made on Friday, for example, may only be cleared on Monday or Tuesday.

✅ Credit card: approval is usually immediate. If there is an error in filling in the data, both you and we will be notified, and we will contact you to correct the information and allow you to redo the purchase.

We always do our best to ensure that the product reaches you within the stipulated timeframe. Even so, some factors may cause a delay in delivery, such as absence of recipient, incomplete registration data, change of address, Covid-19, etc.

As we work with imported products, each and every merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes. ZERO PET ALLERGIES IS RESPONSIBLE for any costs (fees, charges or taxes) added by the government.

Once the product has been packaged and shipped directly to your address, we are no longer able to recover the canceled item. Therefore, we ask that you receive the order and contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to formalize the cancellation request.

In cases of cancellations not reported to our call center, 30% of the amount will be deducted as administrative and operational expenses. This fee is also charged in cases where the merchandise is returned by the Post Office when the customer is not at home to receive or pick up the product at the indicated location.

We at Shop Pinheiro are not responsible for NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL to receive the item.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted – if applicable:

Item with obvious signs of use;
Lost packaging and open seals;
Item sent with the wrong color, size or voltage;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, broken or missing parts for reasons not due to our store’s error.

When the item is addressed to a location where there is no home delivery or when attempts to deliver it directly to the recipient are unsuccessful, the item will be available for collection at the location closest to the indicated address within 7 to 30 days.

If you have checked the tracking information that your order was delivered and you have not had access to your package, we ask that you try to contact neighbors, acquaintances, family members or building caretakers to see if they may have received it, or we also ask that you check if the product is in the mailbox of your residence or building.

In addition, if you have not received any information about the whereabouts of your package, we ask that you contact the post office closest to your address, providing the tracking code and your details so that they can tell you who received it or if the item is in your PO Box.

It often happens that the post office informs you in your tracking that the order was delivered even though no delivery attempt was made, so we ask that you wait a few more days to receive YOUR ORDER.

In case of regret/withdrawal, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. To do so, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in the best possible condition;

Keep it in its original or similar packaging and undamaged, with all manuals, accessories, free items and other components;

Accompany the product’s Invoice.

ATTENTION! If any discrepancy, signs of misuse, absence of manual and/or accessories and the Invoice are found, we at Lu Joias will be exempt from accepting the request and, if misuse is found, the return request will not be accepted, the collected product will be returned to the delivery address without due refund of amounts and the entire return process will be canceled.

After receiving your order, you will have up to 30 calendar days to make the exchange. After this period, we will not accept exchanges!
