🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Zero Pet Allergies

At Zero Pet Allergies, your satisfaction — and your pet’s well-being — are our top priorities. That’s why we offer a transparent and fair refund and return policy to ensure you always feel confident shopping with us.


🐶 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product meets the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories

  • With proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

❗ Items that are opened, damaged, or used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.


📦 2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at:

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Whether you want a refund, replacement, or store credit

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


💸 3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • In the case of PIX, Boleto or transfer, we may request your bank details for refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).


🔁 4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or variant:

  • You are responsible for return shipping

  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original


🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, you will receive detailed shipping instructions

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit


⚠️ 6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
